一早已計劃好去呢度dining on the rocks同海晴慶祝兩歲正曰生曰

我已預早一個月sd email去book位,但佢建議我有小朋友,去Dining on the hill好d喎,跟住又sd左 餐牌俾我,係d泰菜同西餐黎既,仲有小朋友menu(佢地網頁係有menu),咁我就book左17:30,可以早d去影相

去度reception,我地話book左位食飯,跟住佢安排buggy車我地去餐廳

到埗後我見到<咦,呢度咪dining on the rocks>?咁我唔想再搭車行來行去,照同佢講book左位,佢咪話冇3位既booking,後尾問我地住邊,跟住又話ok帶我地去坐


由於太早,冇其他客,可以好free周圍影相,係一個居高臨下對住個無敵大海景食飯,真係超正

連餐牌都有rock,原來呢度都歡迎小朋友丫,有kid"s menu


呢度全部都係木傢俱

水係有汽同冇汽揀既



先黎奉上新鮮麵包,仲熱架,佢個新鮮南瓜蓉for dipping,好好味


再黎餐前小餐,好似海膽既物體,一啖食左,因為體積如同$1


呢個kid menu其中一款,我問有冇pasta,佢話冇,只得飯,唯有叫呢個sea bass,可能份量少而又好味道,海晴好肯食


爹哋點左呢個set “ 5 on the rocks",爹哋問佢地點解有兩個價錢,原來貴果個價錢係每碟多左飯,咁我地怕飽啦,原來就係好似海晴果碟咁,每碟多一啖飯,咁都唔算多啦



而我點左呢個 “ 6 for the Senses"
以下 “5“代表 “5 on the Rocks", "6" 代表 “ 6 for the Senses"

仲會見到張相有兩個様,係同一道菜,其實係入黑之後,我冇相機冇閃光燈,影出黎好橙好矇,所以我特地去搵其他blogger相,比個清楚菜式等大家參考有幾精緻


“5“ Scallop in apple-coriander water, almond power, pumpkin and bacon 

記得帶子係煎到兩面脆既,南瓜蓉好鮮甜,另外啡色液體係萍果汁,酸微微,好似鵪春蛋既物體下後就係杏仁粉,呢度菜食到好多重好味,好特別


“6“ scallop and oyster carpaccio watermelon and slow cooked egg with black olive power 

薄切鮮帶子生蠔配上茄醬,再以西瓜粒,半生熟鵪春蛋同埋黑橄欖粉,超級鮮甜美味,又係多重口味,又酸又甜


"5" canned tuna fish sandwich brioche, potato puree, olive oil powder

呢味上台時,我地覺得咁得意既?用紙袋袋住,原來裏面係罐頭,可能覺得賣相冇咁好掛

首先最高個層係creamy既薯(海晴狂食),再落黎係白
橄欖粉(早知塔真d),跟住係吞拿魚塊,最下就係法國奶油吐司,砌埋一齊就係三文治,妙

(註:Brioche是法國著名的糕點。稱其為糕點,是因為Brioche除了大量的奶油外,還添加了蛋液與牛奶,吃起來與單純只加奶油的可頌類麵包不同,故有一說其為"蛋糕";又因其需經發酵,故亦有稱Brioche為"麵包"者。 )


"6" smoked salmon, dill, mustard and chestnut wood

煙薰香煎三文魚配上不同配菜(甘筍,蘆筍,蔥頭等),仲有脆脆,不同口感,紅菜頭我少少食, 好好食



"6" "cioppino" soup, seabass, mussel, prawn, whole wheat, potato

呢個海鮮湯鮮味濃郁,得幾啖唔夠候呀,海鮮湯梗要放番d海鮮上去啦,有seabass,青口,大蝦,魷魚,蝦下面係薯仔片,而蝦上面個塊係燕麥多士

(註:Cioppino係一道舊金山特有義大利式海鮮燉湯)

因為我比爹哋個set多左一道菜,就係呢度湯,係呢個時間,爹哋停一停冇得食,其餘我地都一同上菜,夾好時間


“6“ Prawn Satay 

唔知係咪飲完湯清清口腔,呢道係雪糕,不過係咸味,係沙爹味雪糕再加上蝦片味既碎碎,超特別


“5“ Tomorrow's chicken burrito mole, avocado and fresh cheese smooth bean and grilled tortilla sand

墨西哥菜??? 因為我冇食過,只知爹哋話雞肉好嫩,羊芝士好正喎

"5" Lamb: 24hr. lamb shoulder & 15 min. rack, complimented with Mediterranean flavours

個陣偷食左爹哋既羊,好淋好好味,而家睇番個menu先知做左24小時,怪不得咁淋,爹哋話另外羊架好有口感喎。至於咩中東口味??真唔知


"6" fish n' chips, mulloway, peas and potato, pickled onions

記得有兩條係炸魚,另有一條係炸薯,兩様都好夠味好脆,將青豆分開殼同肉,
殼就炸肉就打成mousse,而沙律醬混有青豆好味道,同埋好記得,有兩點青色啫喱伴碟,我連呢個都唔放過,試下味,原來係青檸啫喱,好中意既清新感覺
不過我就唔好中意珍珠洋蔥隻味,食左兩啖都好飽,叫爹哋食埋佢


"5" variations in dark chocolate.... taste, texture, temperature

影完爹哋呢份dessert,我掛住同海晴插上蠟蠋,睇住海晴唔好掂個甜品,轉頭爹哋已食哂,可惡,我冇得試,仲要係多重口感既朱古力


"6" making a reference to breakfast toasted brioche and maple syrup "bacon and eggs"

形態真好似早餐,吐司,蛋,腸仔
又再次出現既法國奶油吐司,今次配上楓糖漿更好味,海晴幾乎食哂,雪糕係蕉糖味,至於橙汁似腸仔既物體,我真唔知乜黎,佢既口感似淋身既糕點,記得d啡色碎碎係咸咸地,真係好似係煙肉碎

果然食甜品時,個胃係會自然讓位,明明食唔落主菜,但甜品可以清哂





兩個set 有數得計 2,400bht + 2,800bht,另外點左一份主菜俾海晴食,加7%VAT再加10%服務費 =6,600bht (hk$1701)
呢餐雖然貴左d,但有咁靚既景,美味既食物,一流既服務(除左接待waitress那位,因為佢勁咳冇帶口罩,我老公超驚,其他waiter提供披肩,同埋用杯幫我地hold住蠋光兼同我地一齊唱歌,簡直滿意),再加上係慶祝海晴正曰,所以抵番哂啦
